Hi! Welcome to Transformative Hypnotherapy. I’m glad you’re here. These simple guidelines help us work together safely, respectfully, and with clear expectations.

What Hypnotherapy Is

Hypnotherapy is a supportive, mind-body approach that can help with relaxation, confidence, habits, and personal growth. It is not a replacement for medical or mental-health care, and I may suggest you speak with a doctor or psychologist if needed.

Your Wellbeing

To help you get the best results, I ask that you:

  • Share honest information about your health and wellbeing
  • Let me know about any diagnoses, medications, or major changes
  • Come to your session sober and clear-minded

If I feel hypnotherapy isn’t the right fit for you at any time, I’ll let you know.

Your Privacy Matters

Everything you share with me is private. I only break confidentiality if:

  • Someone is at risk of serious harm, or
  • I’m legally required to share information

Otherwise, your personal details stay between us.

Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

  • Session fees will be clearly explained at the time of booking
  • Payment is due [insert timing]
  • If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give at least [insert number] hours’ notice
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee

Everyone Is Unique

Hypnotherapy can be powerful, but everyone responds differently. Because of this, I can’t promise specific results—but I will support you with care, professionalism, and respect throughout your journey.

Working With Young People

Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian’s permission. Sometimes an adult may need to stay during the session.
