The subconscious mind acts without thought or reason, maintaining habits once they become established. Hypnotherapy can help people break certain behavioural habits & addictions. Hypnosis places you under a deep state of relaxation to influence your subconscious mind, through given suggestions, you’ll be conscious of what is going on to integrate these changes in your daily life.
