All my life I’ve been passionate about helping people, in the last 20 years in my professional career dealing with many people, also whilst having my own challenges to deal with and overcome led me on a remarkable learning journey. I realised my life’s purpose is to be there for and help people overcome adversities in their life, which now sees me a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and an NLP Practitioner. Nothing excites me more than helping people be inspired to transform their lives from limited beliefs to live a more fulfilling life that they deserve and courageously step into their own power.

Hypnosis – also referred to as Hypnotherapy, a deep relaxation state in which you have heightened focus and concentration in order to make you more receptive to positive therapeutic suggestions, so to remove limited beliefs, blocks and issues, be more confident and take positive actions for a better future.
Hypnotherapy is a guided hypnosis, using relaxation techniques to place the client in a deep relaxation state; the client is in a full state of awareness and in control of their actions. Once you’re in that deep relaxation state your attention is focused and more susceptible to receiving positive suggestions to make positive actions to enhance your life.
Hypnotherapy works while under hypnosis - a deep relaxation state, which will relax the conscious mind, the therapist will guide you with positive suggestions or positive visualization to make positive thought changes on a subconscious level, so you can change the habits and choices that are currently adversely affecting your life and take back control.
